I bought this for my dad who is in the Diaconate program, and will be ordained in September. He has been really happy with the durability and just the overall beauty of it.

I had seen one of these beautifully designed binders used by the minister at a baptism. Sections of the design are raised, and enhanced with gold ink. When I ordered it, I knew exactly what I was getting, and I wasn't disappointed. The binder looks a lot more expensive than it is. I ordered the red cross on cream background, and there are other striking colors available as well.

Perfect for liturgical use. Got one in each of the 5 liturgical colors.

I have ordered 5 of these and sent back 4 only to settle on the 5th one. It is not perfect by any means as it should be for $35.00. The corners and spine on this particular binder were crumpled but I am stuck because after 5 tries the wedding is fast approaching and there is no more time. Besides which I have not received as yet one perfect ceremonial binder. It's really very disappointing that this quality being shipped out and at $35.00 it is not a cheap purchase. It is really only worth $10 with the damage. I have no idea why such an item so susceptible to damage is shipped in an Amazon shipping bag and not a box with air cushions. Using a shipping box might just help with damage control but it just could be a quality control problem. It is too bad the ceremonial binder is very nice otherwise.

Very pretty but can hold only 5 pieces of paper without damaging the holes when page is turned. Also the inside pocket is so tight that it can't be used.
