Edit- I did do more with this product, but it went up in price around $7. Minimal if you really love it but it is something I cut from my diet after the first order due to this. Maybe I will return, food is rising in cost. My goal is to have this be a super comprehensive review to help anyone out who is on the fence of buying these. I used them just now for the first time on September 1, 2022. I’ve been trying to overhaul my diet. This is not a quick fix, lose weight fast gimmick, I used to be obese (no longer there) and now I’m just attacking my diet again. The Smart Carb pockets are 14g carbs apiece, whereas a regular slice of bread is 15. This functions well as a mini sanchwich to bring down carbohydrates. They are also 6g of fiber with 0 sugar, a great source for fiber. Other things like protein (7g) I’m not as concerned about. I used spinach/greens and low sodium tuna (people eat way to much sodium these days) mixed in the pockets. I used 2 tbsp of Kimchi mayo with it. The dryer tuna and dry pockets was not a good choice, I should have offset it with more mayo than I did. While a dry meal overall, it functioned great. One of them did tear semi-easily along an open corner, but it wasn’t too difficult to hold together. Things I will be trying: *more kimchi mayo that I used with the tuna, and less tuna. I opened 2 cans and really only needed 1. A better ratio of sauce with the tuna could offset dryness more efficiently. *use them for grilled cheese *use typical sandwich ingredients and throw them inside Are the pockets tasty? No, but they aren’t bad. This is a great product if you’re being health conscious, which I find worth the price. The only slight negative would be ordering a 3 pack (18 pockets) and they expire about 1 week from when you get them. That just means you need to be ready to eat them fast and/or be sure to throw them in the freezer. As stated, I will return to this review to explain how well other combinations I try goes. I was a little nervous ordering these because you have to get a large quantity and I'd never tried this brand. Then when they arrived, I saw a date printed on a sticker that was 4 days before I got them. I'd assumed it was the "best by" date and was super disappointed. I contacted the seller though, and (they responded within 1/2 hour) and they let me know that the date was actually the date they were manufactured, yay! They're very tasty considering they're low calorie and have a very reasonable amount of carbs and high fiber (Diabetic friendly). So happy I've found these because I LOVE pita sandwiches and now I can eat them again! Will 10/10 recommend these and order again

Concept of half pockets is a great for filling it but I found that they were tasteless and dry. Will not purchase this again.

Love the compact size. Good flavor and sturdy enough to hold fillings without breaking or leaking.

The Smart Pockets are excellent as delivery devices for all kinds of edibles but we like them to hold are Halloumi cheese slices after frying briefly in olive oil. We drizzles lemon juice over the top of the tomato and cheese slices as we stuff the pocket; the pita bread hold up well even after some juice saturates it. I've not found another brand of pita pockets that function or taste as well as these! Most other pita pockets I tried tend to tear easily and do not always form a useable pocket for stuffing. Personal preference, but we liked this Smart Carb formulation for taste more so than the regular pita.

I like to put chips on my sandwiches and this bread pocket thing is exactly what I've been wanting. Keeps all my chips in so I'm not crumbling all over the place. The taste is alright, but I only got the smart carb version and those types of bread are always on the bland side. I just really love the utility of it, makes taste a non issue to me.

I haven't eaten it yet but is extremely turned off by the fact that it contains bioengineered products as indicated on the ingredients label.

I love this product because it's a good way to make a sandwich or a hot pocket...I was skeptical at first but I'm so glad I brought and I will continue to buy for my kids it's less mess when they make a sandwich and not worry about it falling apart...thank you for toufayan
