Ellie Shoes Women's 203-Judy Dress Sandal

These heels were the perfect color and style for my Wizard of Oz costume! The quality was even better than expected, and they were a great value for the price. This particular design can get quite expensive! The wearability wasn’t ideal, but that’s okay I’ll be keeping them as collector’s items!

Bought these last minute for my daughter’s Halloween costume as Dorothy from Wizard of Oz. She wears a size 5.5 in women so I ordered a 6 and they fit well with socks. The backs need a little stretching out when you first get them but the backs are flexible enough to stretch and push around to break them in before wearing. She did get a little bit of rubbing on the back of her heels from wearing them too long trick or treating but that’s normal with heels until they are broken in. They did not look cheap at all. Glitter stays on and intact. Has a little cushion to the sole. Well worth the price and arrived earlier than expected which was great since it was last minute and I was worried they would come too late. She also got several compliments on them!

I wear a size 7 comfortably and only very rarely, depending on the brand would go up to a 7.5. I got these in 7 initially, tried them on and my first impression was that they fit perfectly. I left them on for maybe 10 minutes and started to notice they were feeling a little tight around my toes. I could have tried one of the techniques to stretch them out with damp newspaper or similar but didn’t want to risk ruining the shoes so I returned them and ordered the size 8. With two pairs of socks they did the trick, however a 7.5 would have been ideal. The quality of the shoe is good, they look pretty true to what the character of Dorothy wore and they definitely met my expectations in that regard. I would give these 5 stars expect for the fact they don’t come in half sizes.

Comfortable pumps perfect for my Dorothy Halloween costume. I was able to dance in them all night long without getting new shoe blisters. They run true to size.

I loved the shoes for my Cosplay, just wish they had half sizes. I normally wear 8.5 and had to order a 9. I think the 8 would have been too small. Since I was wearing socks with them, however, I didn't worry too much about ordering up a half size. They were still slipping a little on my heels. I thought about it after the fact- I should have worn 2 pairs of socks. They would have fit perfect then! They did hurt my feet after wearing them for a couple hours. I had to take them off several times to let my feet relax and breathe. I was doing a ton of walking at a Comic con. If you are wearing these to a party or event where there isn't tons of walking, these should be okay. I brought flip flops with me to wear to and from my car because we had to park quite a distance away from the building. Socks, dress, blouse, checked ribbon around my neck and on my braids, and Toto basket were all from Amazon.

I love the nostalgia from the movie The Wizard of Oz it brings with these shoes! Best Buy for Christmas I have ever done for myself!

I love these shoes! They were so much better than I expected when I bought them for my Dorothy costume. They are basically real shoes, not costume shoes that will fall apart immediately when you put them on. Of course, I didn't wear them for days, so I can't speak to long-term wear and tear, but really great for when I want to dress up!

Exactly as pictured. Didn't disappoint! Quick delivery. Shoes run slightly large but still wearable.

Ils sont magnifiques! Toutefois ils sont dur à casser, donc j'ai eu des ampoules aux talons après seulement 2h que je les ai portés, mais ça vaut la peine avec un déguisement de Dorothée du Magicien d'Oz! :D
