Great product for making keto pasta with no carbohydrates
I was amazed while making keto pasta (recipe by serious keto).The pasta, made with 5 ounces of canned white chicken looks and tasted like angel hair spaghetti. My son was also amazed when he tasted the pasta. He said “you really got something here!” He wants to learn how to make it himself. This stuff is really like the real thing, amazing. I am a diabetic with celiac disease and have tried many pasta replacements, and have given up on having pasta, which is a favorite of mine, until now. Please check out this keto noodle, you will not regret it!

Using this for GERD/acid reflux/heartburn
I took a gram at night for heartburn, dissolved in water. The texture is disgusting, like snot. But it worked as well as fatimodine. Encapsulating the powder will be more pleasant to consume.

The price is a bit pricey but worth it
I had bought this product alongside calcium lactate too make molecular spaghetti and the end product came out looking amazing so I would say that both calcium lactate and sodium alginate from this brand really works especially since I used them many times and the end results were absolutely amazing

Made Keto Noodles
I used the Sodium Alginate and the other two required ingredients to make keto noodles. The noodles form instantly when you pour it into the solution. Pretty cool to watch. I'm thinking of making some type of dessert next time using the same molecular gastronomy.

Weird!.
Hard to get used to, I can live without pasta, Never was a fan of it even before going keto. these have no flavor , they look, & feel like Pasta but to me they are weird because of the way you make them, but my kid likes them enough not to complain, My six year old Granddaughter on the other hand told her Mom I want pasta but not the ones Nana made lol. she could tell the differences even though she only gets to eat pasta once a month.Could be because she watched us make them and knew they didn't come from a box.
