I've repurchased this a few times. It leaves my hair soft and hydrated. It has great slip and a little goes a long way. It is a little pricier than I'm use to but it does last longer than some of the other hair masks I've tried. Buy it.

It keeps my natural hair very moisturized. It offers great protection for my hair! I put on a heat cap after applying to help with absorbing this masque. It is one of my staples. This product is easy to apply & rinses easily. It smells clean!

I have bleached natural curly hair and was in desperate need of a good hair mask. My stylist recommended this and I love it. Super thick with great slip. My hair instantly felt softer and after 15 minutes under a hooded dryer, my curls were nourished. Very easy to use, smells great (like you’re in a salon lol) and worth every single penny

The Design Essentials Wash Day Masque is thick and creamy and glides into my hair like warm butter! It leaves my curly, high porosity, 3c/4a hair feeling extremely moisturized. The only downside is that it has a slight rotten odor. Great formula but I’m not sure if I will buy this again due to the smell.

I’m not a product junkie by no means 🤷🏾‍♀️ I decided to try this product bcuz of many reviews on SM etc., I have high porosity, thick, curly hair and need to retain moisture for my LOCS. I’ve purchased the 🥑 line. The price, quality, smell and softness is INCREDIBLE, very lightweight 🤗

.I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I have thick 4c hair that needs moisture and I usually wash my hair with design essentials avocado detangling shampoo and detangle my hair with my Haines and a denim brush , then I apply the hair mask . I leave it in for about 30 mins then rinse it out with cold water . Afterwards my hair is super soft and moisturized and my curls are juicy and defined . I follow up with their leave in conditioner that’s always amazing. And twist my hair with shea moisture . These products are amazing for wash day on any hair type ,especially the thickest .

I've been looking for a conditioner that has good slip on 4c hair for years and I've found it. This is it. It makes the hair soft but does not have a good smell but that's ok. It moisturizes the hair and I like it.

The best deep conditioner i’ve used, it’s completely transformed my hair. Previously found it hard finding products that work for seriously dehydrated low porosity hair, I had gone through so many products, had trials and errors until i started focusing on simpler ingredients and main ingredients that actually target low porosity and I decided to try this conditioner. I use to have hair that was extremely coarse, snappy and dry, tangled easily after moments of detangling, my hair found it difficult to absorb water and stay moist, it was always thirsty but this has some how changed even the bonds and strands structure of my hair, it’s super softer, more manageable, takes water in much better, stays hydrated and feels more flexible and strong. I am very impressed with this condition. My hair type is 4b & 4c

I found this product when researching about moisturising my hair. This product was God’s sent. My hair feel alive! Very pleasant smell and the jar lasted a little over a year, I even shared a bit with my kids including a toddler. Have purchased again for myself as well as a gift for someone else. Please note I have straight fine hair and it works magic even though it says it’s for curly hair.
