I love Pilot Fountain Pens! This one is my 5th pen. I love the weight, the feel, the smooth glide of nib over the paper. I have to sign a lot of official government documents and this and all Pilot Fountain Pens perform the task wonderfully!I keep a different color in the pens. I enjoy drawing with these pens too!If you are looking for an excellent value in a fountain pen, and one that is dependable and always flows ink, then these are the Fountain Pens for you!There is no need for the mega expensive Fountain Pens. Go with Pilot and you will never regret it!

I ordered this fountain pen in a fine point n it's a very true to form point. The point has a very detailed design which is attractive. The pen is a very comfortable weight. The material is a very attractive color which I picked purple or fushia . So far when I put cap on end no marks appear on the end which is very nice for a metal pen. I see that I need a pilot refill which has a very different shape on the end then other refills. I haven't tried any other refills so I can't say they don't work...but I ordered in Amazon for less than $6.00 a package of 12 cartridges in blue/black n black n that's cheap in my world. I received my pen shipped directly from Japan in less time then indicated when ordered n it came with a nice plastic case n one black refill. It's a very good pen, I've used for drawing n writing material. I love this pen!!!

I purchased this pen in August 2018, the color is amazing. I can honestly tell you, this nib is amazing! Absolutely amazing. People ask, what’s the difference between this and the Metro? I tell them besides price, two things: one, nib AND two, this is the adult version of the hipster Metro, nothing retro, just elegant. Seriously though, this nib is like butter. It literally glides across paper.

I have to agree with some of the other reviewers, the metropolitan writes so much better and isn’t as expensive.I love the purple color which is not available in metropolitan. I will still use it for every day writing, until another pilot pen tickles my fancy.

Rather disappointed to have received this without the box as is stated to be included in the description. It makes for a rather lackluster experience for gift giving. Additionally a converter would have been a nice added bonus. I don’t think I would shop with this seller again.

Great everyday writer!This fountain pen from Pilot is great for everyday writing. The size is okay for guys with medium size hands and a nice size for women. It's a smooth writer even in a fine point with a little amount of feedback. It's in my rotation of fountain...

I love this color, but it’s disappointing it isn’t available in the American line. I really like just the solid simple color without all the designs the American Metropolitan line has.You just cannot beat these fountains pens. Incredible quality for a great price.

This writes incredibly well. it’s smoother than some of the famous Germany brands, as to a fine nib.So smooth that it compromises my handwriting (really.)As to the appearance, same as Metropolitan. But it worths the extra money.
