Needs An Escape Hole For Your Foot!!!
Okay, so this is a nice sleeping bag liner, & is well made. The colour is pretty, I got the teal one. This thing is very, very warm. It will hold your body heat in. I live in Hawaii, & I can't stay inside of it, it's simply too warm. That being said, I can't wait to try it out somewhere cooler! Two things I don't like about it - I would personally love it if it had an escape hole so you can stick your feet out of it to regulate body temperature. I may have to modify mine so that I can do this. I think it would help me to be able to stay in it all night! Perhaps with some sort of a closure so that it can be closed when desired. My next gripe is the big, ball shaped drawstring adjustment thingy that cinches the drawstring around the opening. No matter what I do, it manages to find its way under my back or neck. Again, if it were cold & I had it cinched, this would probably not be an issue, so keep that in mind when considering this item. It's nicely made, roomy, & long enough to accommodate most people, unless they are super duper insanely tall. It's very warm, it's definitely going to add warmth to your sleeping bag. I wouldn't suggest doing a sack race in it or anything since it is silk, but it is durable & well made enough to withstand me rolling around trying to get my temperature sorted. As long as you don't sleep like you're in a mosh pit, you should be okay. If you do sleep like you're in a mosh pit, please don't sleep next to me, thank you. Also, you may want to look for more of a kevlar material if you happen to fall into that category. For the average person who might roll around a bit or be a side sleeper, this is a great liner. I haven't tried to stuff myself & my fiance into it yet, but I think the big rectangular one would probably be better for two people. If you want to get the temp rating on your bag up a few degrees, this will do it! It comes with a little stuff sack, & packs down really small. You can stick it in your sleeping bag & you probably wouldn't even see an increase in the size of the sleeping bag in its own stuffsack. For the tropics, this is a little warmer than I need, but I am looking forward to trying it in cooler climes!I recommend that the company replace the plastic ball closure with a little cloth tube with a seam sewn down the middle to separate the two drawstrings, it'd be much more comfortable than the plastic ball for those inevitable moments when it finds its way under your back just as you're starting to drift off into lala land. The Princess & the Pea is a great story & all, but I don't need to be a part of the reenactment! Get rid of the ball, figure out how to add a foot vent for us weirdos who have to stick a foot out when they're sleeping, & this is a top notch product! Since those are things that I can easily do myself, I still definitely recommend this product. I haven't washed it yet, but I am hopeful that it'll be just fine.

Very nice bag
I bought this for when I travel or for when I attend spiritual gatherings. It is long enough for tall people and feels very soft on your skin.

I use this as a Liner in my Sleeping Bag
This product is UL (Ultralight) and can keep your sleeping bag clean. I love the texture and silkiness. Some folks may prefer a fleece or wool liner within their sleeping bag for increased warmth over silk, but I have used my silk liner for all 4 Seasons of camping including winter. I use a temperature rated sleeping bag.Properties of Silk:-Light insulation, I do not see this adding more than a degree or two of warmth (when it is cold, you'd be surprised, even one degree is great)-I love the silk as a liner because not only does it protect my sleeping bag from the oils on my camping clothing, I do feel it increasing the insulation of my bag slightly. What I mean by this is I have a down sleeping bag and I can feel the layer of down reflecting my warmth back to me and the silk liner traps this heat against my body better than without it. But it's subtle. It's not a fleece or wool liner-Easy to clean with gentle cleaning-Silk will feel yucky in warm, humid weather I can use this silk liner year round but if there is too much moisture in the air, I can remove it and use a light fleece or no linerFor winter camping, I add a UL down blanket to provide insulation in cold spots (it provides more coverage for when temps drop)With proper gear, I have slept with this silk liner + my 23°F sleeping bag + 2 insulated sleeping pads (one of them with down) down to 20°F. I was toasty warm, but remember when you winter camp to have those insulated pads with high R value underneath you because the ground is cold.

Great for backpacking, however STATIC
This sleeping bag liner checked all of the boxes for what I needed: lightweight, easy to pack/store in a backpack, warm. However, despite the description, this thing was electric with static, which makes me a little suspicious that this is “100%” silk. But given the price point and what I needed it for, I would recommend. Just be aware that there is static when unfolding/getting into the liner.

Beautiful silk, travels well
I got this in the XL size a couple years ago when bedbugs were such an issue for travelers. I take it with me when traveling and use it instead of someone else’s sheets. Really like how the top is extended to wrap around a pillow. It stays put and my face only touches the bag. It's great except for few things: 1) I sleep with a pillow between my legs, so this has to go inside the bag (plenty of room, just means I'm touching someone else's pillow), 2) it's not easy to exit the bag when you're half asleep, especially with the leg pillow inside it, and 3) static does build up so my hair may crackle when getting out of it/rolling it up. Overall, temperature is good and the bag is about the size of a twin bed so plenty of room for me to stretch out inside it. I love the feel of the silk and the dark teal color is gorgeous.

Silk sheet bag picture is very deceptive
I expected a much heavier fabric based on the online image. The site pictures a person in the silk bag, only the body parts outside the bag are visible. An accurate image would show the whole body and the floor beneath. The fabric is extremely thin.Whilst I am not a silk expert, after looking up grading of silk--after merc delivery--I believe the advert wording to be a true description of the bag. The pics are not accurate. Suggest researching silk grades before you buy. I would not buy this item again. Would make with a heavier fabric. Silk bag arrives in a tidy pouch about 6"x5" or so. After, handwashing it in the bathroom sink, I let it drip dry on the shower curtain rod. It dried quickly. Getting it back into the bag will be a magic act. The silk bag will not provide additional warmth in a sleeping bag. It is a small addition to a travel bag. I would prefer a heavier fabric between me and a sleeping bag, hostel or hotel sheet.Overpriced for the fabric grade.

FANTASTIC! Smooth and temperature managing. I am addicted to the silk feel now
FANTASTIC product. Flawless. SILKY smooth (I have silk shirts but due to the different weaves I did not expect it to be this smooth). I won't sleep without one now because it is also a mini a/c (works by distributing the heat and moisture around? I guess?)I love it. Will buy again once the current one breaks apart.

Good quality 100% mulberry silk bag
It is exactly how it looks on the picture and the description of the product. I spent 10 nights in it and it was so comfy. Very light. The only thing I need to mention is that the dye runs when washed. I washed it by hand and good thing I did. It dries so fast, it is amazing. I am thinking to buy a few more of these bags for my family now.

Worth it
Pleased with quality. Got the extra wide and they are well sized for tall folk who sleep restlessly. Tight weave and sturdy; we like the white so we can see any specks along the way. Will feel much cleaner using these in hostels and hike tours with rented equipment, and also warmer. Might need to sew up the upper gap as someone else stated but I think I would likely just tear through it in my sleep so will leave as is for now.

Lovely product
I ended up ordering the wrong color by accident, but I took a look at it when it arrived and it was great quality and really nice to the touch. I would absolutely recommend it.

I've Got The Blues
This sleeping bag liner is not colourfast - at all. I washed it by hand probably six times and each time the water was a VERY dark blue. It's a good thing I didn't put it in the washer with anything else. It would not stop bleeding colour and I was afraid that if I used it I would be blue as well. It's really too bad since it seems to be well enough made. Maybe mine was defective? Will be returning it.
