Fun, flavorful fusion recipes & beautiful design!
Our family has really enjoyed the recipes in this cookbook and the opportunity it has provided for us to try new (to us) flavors and dishes! Dzung Lewis has done a wonderful job making intriguing dishes that are accessible to the everyday home cook. It is whimsical and thoughtful, I love pursuing the pages for new recipes to try before our weekly grocery haul, and I think you will too!

Comfort food, elevated
I've cooked about half of the recipes in this book and they are bulletproof, delicious comfort food recipes. After almost a year of sheltering in place and eating the same meals, the complex flavors and beautiful dishes have made dinner a comforting ritual. Even with two teenage boys and my husband who are both 1) always hungry and 2) always picky.Best parts:> A section on Instapot recipes> A ton of gluten-free recipes (chia, rice noodles, dairy free options).> A new twist on old favorites (coffee, matcha drinks, avocado toast with microgreens and queso fresco!)Some favorites are:Vietnamese Caramelized Fish (Ca Kho To), p 147Butter Chicken Curry, 150Salmon and Corn Chowder, 100This book was so beautifully written and photographed that I've bought about 10 copies over the past year and given them to friends and neighbors. They now all have their own favorites. The best part is that it's helped get them out of their meal planning rut and after a few months of the same recipes. Thank you, Dzung!

Beautiful Cookbook
This book is beautifully done. I've been following the author's Honeysuckle YouTube channel for quite some time. She has a delightful way about her and it comes through in the pages of her book. There are an array of recipes and each one looks and sounds amazing. I can't wait to try each one! In the past I have made recipes from her channel. I absolutely love her cold-remedy elixir and use it whenever I am feeling under the weather, or just to enjoy the amazing honey-citrus flavor. The pages of this book with photos of her children and family, in addition to her personal thoughts and descriptions of each recipe is a warm touch that makes the book even more special. Plus it has a pretty blush-pink cover that looks great on my kitchen counter!

GORGEOUS cookbook that contains a variety recipes!
I've been a fan of the Honeysuckle youtube channel for a long time and have always enjoyed watching Dzung come up with new culinary twists for a variety of recipes such as her genius drinks concoctions, amazing over night oats, awesome chia puddings, epic-ally creative toasts, etc. She and her hubby put so much work and effort into making an extremely professional filmed and edited channel that is so aesthetically appealing to the eye and senses, I knew her cookbook was going to be just as spectacular! I've already ear marked the matcha-almond breakfast loaf, garlic noodles with crab, pan-fried rice cakes, etc. Thank you so much for sharing your culinary talent with the world, Dzung! You deserve all the best and this cookbook is just the tip of the iceberg of greatness that is coming your way!

Excited to try!
I put this at 4 stars simply because I haven’t made anything from this cookbook yet (just came yesterday) but I am very excited to try the recipes in this book! There’s a nice variety of recipes, including some breakfast options that Sound so delicious.There’s a decent number of soups which I’m so happy about since I could eat soup every day. There’s also a good number of short cuts that are provided if you can’t find some of the ingredients or if you don’t have the time to prep the ingredients.One additional note: a lot of these recipes are gluten free or with some simple modifications could be made GF - I’m super excited to try the baby bok choy and mushrooms 🤤This is the first recipe book I’ve purchased that has more of a focus on Asian dishes (lots of rice and rice noodles) and I’m excited to expand my palate! There’s also a great menu planner at the back that lays out some suggested recipes combinations.

Wonderful Cookbook
I first came across Honeysuckle on Youtube while looking for a chocolate chip recipes. I tried five different recipes, hers was the best. I was delighted to find she had a Vietnamese crab soup recipe included in her cookbook which is a dish my partner loves and can no longer get at our local pho restaurant. I followed the recipe and my soup nailed the taste we were looking for, so thank you! The chow mien recipe is also a favorite of mine. I am looking forward to trying several other recipes. Really great cookbook to have, I highly recommend it!

Amazing! Even for a culinary graduate.
I bought this book purely from reviews. Then I found out the author is a YouTuber, I thought great I made a mistake, what could a YouTuber know about cooking. EVERYTHING! These recipes are gorgeous, with healthy oils and fresh herbs, everything (for the most part) made from scratch. Dzung has spent years crafting her culinary skills. Very impressed. Buy it, learn new flavors. She has the passion for food. I went to culinary school for two years and this book impresses me, for a Chef in a kitchen or home cook with a passion, this is awesome.

One of my favorite cook book!!!
I follow this amazing lady on Instagram and has been using her recipes for a while now, this book is a treasure! Recipes are very easy to follow, there are breakfasts, lunches and dinners and more and it’s all localized so we’ll, easy to find what you’re looking for, my family absolutely loves every dish I make from this book. I wish a had a chance to take one single photo but before I think of it the food is gone, it’s that good! Most of the dishes have a photo or the end result, but some (very very few) don’t and for me it’s easier to cook when I know how the fish will took like at the end, but it’s not a big deal .
