Iv tried everything the simplest lawn set up and this robot will not cut the lawn virectly not cut it at all worst money iv ever spent it comes out of charging station stops that’s it I give up

The package arrived earlier than expected and in good packaging. Although it took me sometime to learn how to set up the boundaries, it was fine after I understand the basics. I had contacted the customer service for assistance and they were quick in responding and were very helpful. The robot lawnmower is durable and is able to trim and cut the grass well. I am pleased with its performance. For the price that I'd paid, I think it is value for money.

Works OK took a while to get boundry wire in the right place mainly the shape of our garden which caused our problems overall satisfied only dissapointment is that it does not cut nearer the edge have to get mower out to cut the edge it leaves otherwise brilliant

Great product does what is advertised good value, having great enjoyment watching and seeing the results, which I brilliant, very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered this and started to get worried about the quality when I tried to lay out the cable. It claims to cut 600 sqm. but the amount of cable supplied would do 400 sqm. And that's if you don't run extra to avoid trees and the like. I could have bought extra cable and joined it up but the next warning came when I tried to build it's little garage/charging point. The holes didn't line up for the roof. I could have drilled holes and made it fit but by then my spidey senses were tingling so I boxed it back up and arranged a return. If it had been collected in under a week and less than 3 chase up emails I would happily have given an extra star for service. At least the refund was prompt, so thank you for that.

I bought and returned a brand new machine because it wasn’t working. I’d had it a couple of months because I’d been back and forth asking the help desk what to do.Eventually they agreed it was nothing I was doing wrong but a fault with the machine. I returned it to be fixed. That’s fair enough I thought. However I’ve received a well used, scratched and dirty machine in replace of mine. Mine hadn’t moved off the base, yet look at the wheel on this!I’m hoping this is a mistake and they’re going to replace it with a brand new working machine if they can’t actually fix mine. I’d love a robotic mower to mow the slope stretching the length of my garden, that, since I broke my humerus, I struggle to cut.Either way, I’m exhausted by the whole experience.

Good for the price, easy to set up and does what its supposed to do cut the grass
