Yes it has adhesive but you have to remove the backing to expose the adhesive.

Weaterproof as well as slick.

I needed a slick surface to slide a heavy piece of glass across the edge of a plywood frame in a dehydrator. This tape withstands weather and slides nicely.

Saved my Foodsaver from the dump
