We love our sun shade! We never considered getting one before we built our deck so our sizing isn’t a typical size. I originally ordered a triangle one that wasn’t able to fit our deck properly so I was able to return it with ease and replace it with the square one. The square was a little more tricky to install because rod our odd lengths and I wanted to use wire to secure it, but just follow some online guides on the install and you’ll be fine.It offers great protection from the sun on our composite deck. The boards use to be extremely hot from the sun beating on them, but the shade does a fantastic job at protecting it. You’ll still get a decent amount of light passing through, but cools the deck down by at least 10-15 degrees. It will stop a light rain, but still has the ability to let water seep through. I’ve only had it up a month now, so I’m not sure how the hardware will hold up, but it seems pretty sturdy. Absolutely love the shade and definitely recommend it!! If I were to do it again, I’d spend the extra money and get the waterproof one for extra uv blockage and the ability to be waterproof though.

This product was perfect for our back yard project. We needed to cover our patio slab and wanted an easy DYI home improvement. Super easy to install and easy to take down. We were excited about the darker color and the UV protection. We bought another cover from a different company prior to this one and returned it right away. So I would defiantly buy again.

Amzing got the size down to the detail if what i needed lets a bit of light through but plenty of shade it is water resistant but not water proof so water still can go through its porus material but bery easy to install and a nice color

We bought one of these and liked it so much we bought three more to shade our RV in the blazing sun. Too soon to know how well it will hold up in the wind, but so far it seems to be well-made and sturdy enough. Seems like it will tolerate rain, although it is not intended to provide shelter from rain or snow.

When I opened the package there was little bits of plastic from the sail. The sail was made of cheaper material than other sails I have purchased. We ended up returning this item. The one positive this I can say is that the color was nice.

Seems to work as advertised. Holding up well so far. Provided rope & hardware is junk! but I knew that before I purchased. Use steel braided cable from local hardware store to install and adjust tension.

I really liked the ease of installation and the color being just what I expected. For the money, it seems like a quality item and it my wife loves the shade it provides her car from the hot Florida sun.
