This product fulfills its intended purpose effectively, and we are very satisfied with it. It is ideal for occasional home use, but we would not recommend it for commercial applications, given its lightweight build that may not endure prolonged or heavy-duty usage.

Very nice set, sturdy, love the stainless steel.

Unlike many molds, these have a folded pinch seam. The metal is super thin, probably 24 ga, and flexes quite a bit. As received, they were not round, although they are so thin that you can bend them into whatever shape you want. The pusher has super sharp edges and is super thin and cheap. If you line the mold with parchment, wax paper, or some other release paper, you can make some nice things. Otherwise, it depends on the recipe whether or not it sticks to the side.

These were awesome for my Tuna Stacks. Nice to have multiple molds since I served 17 people on Christmas. The Stacks were so pretty and delicious.
