Thank you to the folks at Rainy River. The product shipment was delayed and Amazon said to get a refund. So, we requested a refund. Rainy River processed it immediately. However, our product did finally arrive, we received it and then used it. We advised Rainy River that it did end up coming and to please charge us. They declined and said please accept it as our gift, with apologies on the delay. We are so very grateful to them. We've been using this in our ornamental pond/waterfall for a very long time now. I believe that the first gallon lasted over a years' time. It is very concentrated. And I do believe that it helps with reducing algae growth. Although it doesn't stop it. But with all of the bird poop that is washed into our pond every year, to feed the algae, I don't think there is anything that will completely stop it accept for chlorinating.
