I recently ordered a product from Dell Seller, but what was delivered was not what was shown in the picture. Since I was traveling abroad, I didn't have the chance to return this product, which adds to my frustration. This is outright cheating by Dell Seller. The product I received is a low-quality bag, and I highly doubt it is worth the same rate as the one I ordered. New buyers, please be cautious—this is a cheat product. Very disappointed

As per title: The zipper to access the bag is under the shoulder straps. An inconveniently super secure backpack. It's an okay backpack if you plan to open it when you reach B from your A to B distance. I have to have a backpack that comes with two shoulder straps instead of the one that usually shoulder bags have due to the weight I am carrying when I commute that being a laptop with charger, e-paper tablet in a heavy Thule case and my small shoulder bag that I place entirely in the backpack. By placing the little shoulder bag in this backpack it makes it a pain to access anything like wallet to get the bus pass or connect the phone to the powerbank I carry. security of contents: 5 stars daily usability: 0 be warned. it's a niche product
