Purchased a couple of these for my husband's business, a little light but do what they are intended for making and receiving phone calls

I purchased this phone in good faith and was expecting fair quality for the price. I am extremely dissapointed with the phone and wonder why it is for sale on a good site like Amazon. It is far to lightweight in the extreme, picking up the receiver the whole base just lifts up as well. Not worth entertaining it in any respect.

Too lightweight.

i bought this unit purely for incoming landline calls. it has good sound clarity, and a loud, adjustable ring volume, also a pulse or tone choice, what is difficult about using velcro to hold the main base of the telephone down?. Then you can lift the handset with no problem, but also , yes , the handset lead is very short.

I consider the overall quality to be poor but in particular, the socket within the handset into which the lead from the base connects can only be described as flimsy and I doubt the connection is durable ; I am wondering if the socket had not been properly finished. Had it not been essential for me to put the telephone into operation as soon as received (to replace one which had failed ) I would have returned it. I shall be looking for better quality product.

Phone works well and has good volume control. Sounds ridiculous to say a phone is not heavy enough but the cord to the handset is quite short and as soon as you lift it up the whole phones comes off the table. I suppose you get what you pay for it was quite cheap

Arrived in open box, without instructions. Does not work in German wall outlet.
