Thee best eyeliner i've found for my sensitive eyes in my opinion. Seller was great to work with. Eyeliner stays on, and is actually black in color, true to color.

How did I go this long without trying Avon products?! I was given this eyeliner and a waterproof mascara from a friend and fell in love with both. Even though I’ve always used waterproof eyeliner, it would still wear off throughout the day, leaving black creases in the top and bottom of the eyelids. This eyeliner lasts all day long and doesn’t run or wear off. It goes on easily. I even get compliments on how well my eyeliner looks. I’m still using the original eyeliner for three months and still have some time to go before I run out. I had to get more because, as you ladies know, they always stop making the make-up you’ve been using for years so I was pleased to see this come in a three pack and at such a reasonable cost here on Amazon too! I also love their waterproof “Avon wash-off waterproof mascara!” Doesn’t run or clump or dry out and seems to last a long time as well. Unfortunately, you still have to use a make-up remover because it doesn’t just wash off.
