Good quality concentrate.

A good product as far as the taste is concerned. The colour is fine and and does not make the dish very dark. The concentrate should be used as mentioned on the pack as this is a concentrate. This can be used for any dish. The product costs a little more than tamarind paste .

Bombastic taste !!

Ok, buying real tamarind and making your own 'concentrate' is way more profitable, but getting it at such a convenient package with ZERO fuss makes the high cost worth it. Make sure u mix and liquify the concentrate on a small bowl with water, before adding it to whatever you are making because the concentrate is THICC af. Simply pouring it into a glass or bowl wont mix it well with whatever u r making
