Works as expected once you learn the tricks
It has all the adapters for various brands of disk brakes. I successfully used it with Shimano XT and some older Tektro models. The bleeding bucket attaches to the Shimano lever housing without any adapters, and I tried to be very careful not to strip the plastic threads on the bucket but they'll wear out eventually. It would be better to supply an adapter with Shimano bleeding screw threads as well. The syringe is good quality and doesn't leak. The box is really handy. Other than that, bleeding is not an easy procedure for first timers so I can't give more stars for that but it's not a problem of the product.

More than I needed, but that is OK
Worked exactly as advertised. Many useful attachments, which I will most likely never use.

Great for a good assortment of brake brands
I have 3 different brake manufacturers on the family bikes. This kit helps me maintain all of them in one easy to use box.You will want to get extra gloves that fit your hand. These were really small gloves.

Not for Hayes, odd kit
Got this to bleed a set of hayes 9 (nine) brakes. There are no fittings that will work on the lever. The kit comes with a lot of parts and a little tray to put them, but good luck fitting them into the tray. Or, good luck figuring out which ones go in the tray because not all of them will fit.I find this to be an odd kit and somewhat of a waste of money.

This is a great kit. It comes with adapters galore
This is a great kit. It comes with adapters galore, but the main reason that I bought it is that the hose attaches to the syringe with a threaded metal nipple. The previous one I had was plastic and that lost it's thread rather quickly. This thing is really well made. The fact that the attachments are metallic makes this one much more durable. Used it once so far. Works like a charm. Holds vacuum very well. No air in the hose.

Great kit to start out with
Just submitting my review now after owning for a year. Great kit to start out with. Ive bled everything on the market with positive results, both mineral oil and DOT fluids. I wish the container was a little bigger.

All the parts included, and real metal adaptors.
If you're looking for the best bleed kit, with everything you might need, then this is the kit you want.It includes the funnel, with brass adaptors. TWO hypodermics, if you need both DOT and mineral oil service, this kit will do that. All sorts of clamp plastic parts, and brake pad blocks (the inserts) plastic parts. This One...

Did the job fine.
I got the softness out of my hydraulic disc brakes. Watching a few videos on YouTube made it easier.

Good little kit
I only did a top up, so I didn’t use all parts. What I did use was quality. Looking forward to my first full bleed and getting to use the whole kit. I will need one for my SRAM brakes and will be purchasing another one for that.

Works, to a point
Its a great set. However the hose sucks complete ass. Use it for your fluid swap then get a new set of clear line. Will be much better after.

Read this before you buy!
Most of the stuff are there in the kit. Some of the description from the pictures on Amazon like the brake blocks vs the pamphlet vs actual content might not match. Also, most of the threaded pieces are alloy (brass alloy???) except for 3 yellow plastic connector pieces. Everything seems to be of very good quality! The syringe looks and feels great! I like the bleed bottle. I'll have to figure out what connectors I need when I start to bleed my Shimano XTR 9020 brakes.***Update after brake bleed on Nov 23, 2019-----------------------------------------------------My rear brake hydraulics totally went as my brake pads were almost worn down to nothing. Putting in a new set of brake pads didn't do anything for my rear Shimano XTR M9020 brake levers. So, I opened this box to prepare my brake bleed. I can say this for the bleed kit for all Shimano brakes:1) All the plastic yellow barb fittings (3) will fit the screw holes of the master piston reservoir2) two or 3 of the metal barb screws can fit the syringe properly3) The tubes provided are fairly high quality4) The syringe is very good and high quality for the job5) The waste bleed bottle is very nice, however, a bit small if you need to fully flush out one brake6) The smaller yellow caliper bleed block. All the other stuff are useless. So, what's needed are the following for a successful bleed job for any of the Shimano hydraulic brakes:1) Syringe2) long tube with the bleed bottle3) short tube with a yellow plastic barb fitment on one end (Shimano master piston end) and a metal barb fitment on the other end that will screw onto the syringe (make sure it'll screw in all the way and that it will be snug up against the rubber o-ring!!!)4) another short tube with another metal barb fitment to the syringe (like I said, only 2 or 3 of these metal barb fitments will screw properly onto the syringe)5) the yellow funnel.- The reason why you need 2 short tubes is that one is to do the full flush from the piston reservoir end (top) and the other one is an open end (without the yellow barb) is for bleeding from the caliper end (bottom). The long tube that goes into the bleed bottle does not need any fitments. One thing I wish was that the syringe had a larger volume. When I do a flush, I keep refilling with fresh mineral oil several times. This is necessary in order to get all the black stuff out of the housing. The setup I have makes the job fairly clean and not much hassle.I'll post the pictures of my setup when I get some time.***Update after brake bleed on Sept 4, 2020-----------------------------------------------------So, I've bled my brakes quite a few times using this bleed kit now. I've started to notice that the syringe fitting either lets in air or it leaks, even with the rubber o-ring tightly fitted when screwed into the syringe. So, if you're sucking back the fluid with the syringe it will produce tiny air bubbles. If you're pumping hydraulic fluid out (mineral oil) to the tube via a metal fitting, it will leak. Also, the tube fitting onto both the metal and plastic barb fittings will leak (both air in and fluid out). The fluid flush from the top end is inconsequential part of the process as you're just pushing clean fluids and flushing out the contaminated fluids out on the bottom side. However, when you're bleeding from the bottom side and either pushing or sucking back the fluids, any introduction of bubbles into the tube requires more time and work to properly bleed the air out of the brake tube.I'm gonna downgrade the rating for this kit to 3-stars from 4-stars for several reasons:1) Unless you a different assortment of bikes with several different brands and all having different fitment threads, this kit provides a bunch of things you really don't need for flushing and bleeding your hydraulic disc brakes. You can get a way cheaper set that contains a good syringe with good connectors, tubes, waste bottle (not necessary), and a top funnel, brake block - that's all you really need.2) This bleed kit is expensive! Again, for all you need is what I've stated in #1, this kit is an overkill. The kit has so many useless fitments and things that after you open the kit, you can't close the lid! If 3/4 of the stuff weren't there, maybe this kit will be 3/4 the price and will fit everything into a smaller box!3) The syringe and fitments leak air and fluid. I've cleaned everything with isopropyl alcohol after each use and wipe them down to dry before storing them. It's really no good to introduce air into the brake line. It also sucks if the fluid leaks while you're pushing fluid into the tube. So, do you need this? Up to you if you have money to spend. I'd get a simpler kit for cheaper. The main thing is to get a good quality syringe that doesn't leak air and fluid.
