LOVEVOOK Tote Bag for Women Satchel Handbags with Purse Organizer Insert Shoulder Bags

It's very sturdy and has a classic, quality look and feel. I love the organizer! The bag and organizer insert are both very sturdy but still light weight which is nice because handbags can get too heavy. It has the protectors on the bottom and stands up on it's own. I don't like bags that flop over when you put them down. This is everything I look for in a handbag at a very reasonable price. I went to the lovevook website and found more variety to choose from. I ordered a laptop bag through the website and it's taking a while because it comes from China, but they sent me a tracking # so I can see it's making it's way here. If this holds up like I think it will, I will be a longtime customer.

Rating is both for purse and customer service. Great purse, super sturdy. Feels & looks high quality. I gave this as a Christmas present in Dec. 2020. A few months after using the purse daily for general use, the strap completely snapped off. I was bummed to hear this because the person that I gave it to was obsessed with it! I reached out to the company with the issue, they asked for pictures, and they let me know that this was an issue that they were working with manufacturing to address. They said that they would send me a new bag with no cost to me after they got the improved product on shelves and they followed through! That's how you create a loyal customer.

The bag isn’t as roomy as I had thought but it is so stylish. Sturdy construction, should last a long time. The organizer inside is very helpful.

This is the perfect bag for me! I always find myself struggling for a place to put my phone that won’t scratch up my screen and this completely solved that problem. There are two large pockets (big enough to fit an iPhone XS max) but I don’t need to use them thanks to the organizer that came with it. You can take it out if it’s not your style but I find it incredibly useful. I will be using this bag until it’s destroyed and I plan on buying another!

I loved this bag and only had it for about 2 months when a strap broke out of no where. The rest of the bag is in great shape. Very disappointed

I love this bag. I haven't been able to find a purse/bag that I really like to replace an older purse until this one. I can't attest to the durability of it, as I've only had a short time. The compartments make it easy to find things. Yay! I like the fact that it is rigid so that it doesn't collapse like my old bag. That made it harder to find things.I would recommend this to others if you need to carry a lot of items.
