Worked for me
These have completely cleared up my Planar Fasciitis. You will hurt for about a month while your feet adjust but afterward it will be like magic. Will buy again.

Excellent! Would Buy Again!
I have wide, and what I consider low arches. I wear a size 7D in New Balance. I started walking this year to get in shape, and average 20-25 miles a week. I developed blisters, and pain in the outer left edge of my left foot. I initially bought Dr. Scholl's heel pain gel insoles. They were comfortable, but I noticed my feet hang over the side because I wear a wide shoe. There was a gap between the insole and side of the shoe. That caused blisters. Also, because those insoles went on top of the New Balance insoles, it elevated my feet. The problem then was that the top laces hit a nerve, and after about 2 miles my feet would start tingling. I couldn't get the right combo of lacing to where they didn't rub, but were still keeping my foot in place. I looked for other options and ran across these. They have a money back guarantee. I didn't know if this would apply since I bought them on Amazon, not from the manufacturer. I emailed the manufacturer. They promised a response in 24 hours. I have yet to receive one. I took a chance and bought them anyway. Good decision. First, like I side, wide feet. These actually fit very snugly in my wide width shoes. That means no gap between an insole and the side of the shoe for my foot to hang over. They replace the factory insole, so there is now no issue with the height of my foot in the shoes, and I've had no tingling sensation with these. I bought the small, and took out my factory insoles and trimmed these to fit. Easy peasy. Like I said, I've never thought or been told I have a problem with my arches. However, after walking in these I've noticed significantly less pain, so something is working. Finally, these are firm. When I first felt them, I thought they would be like walking on rocks. I must say I'm pleasantly surprised in how well these feel. I have been walking faster and with less pain since I've been using these. They are worth the money.

Decent & Affordable Insoles
Much more affordable than Superfeet, although the quality is not the same.

5 Stars
I never comment on items. However, I had to post a review for this product. I was diagnosed with Posterior Tibial Tendon dysfunction two years ago. I also suffer from flat arches. At that time, several types of surgeries were recommended, but none seemed promising for lack of a better statement. I also serve in the Armed Forces. So comfort and healthy feet are most critical! I am currently deployed and as a result my foot pain has only become worse. I also ensure that I spend good money for both my boots and shoes. However, the support isn't sufficient. With that said, I received this product on the 13th of January along with the S6 (if the name is correct) compression sock. I ordered the Footminders insole a size smaller than what I wear. Initially, Day 1, for about the first 3 to 4 hours, I was kind of uncomfortable as I got used to walking around with them in my boots. I almost considered pulling them out. However, I forced myself to at least give it a day. Let me say that by the time I returned to my bunk at day's end, the improvement was SIGNIFICANT!! OMG! However, I slept in the compression sock to protect my feet and ankles last night and woke up this morning with ZERO....ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN! Tonight I will conduct my physical training as the running was killing me and am hoping that it goes much better. This is a process for foot sufferers, but so far this product gets 5-stars from me and I am ordering another pair as I write this review. Used in conjunction with a compression sock, relief will hopefully be immediate.

Best for cheap shoes
I am a sever overpronator and my orthopedic doctor recommend wearing high quality shoes with good arch support, and getting the green SuperFeet. I've been using both for years and just got tired of paying an exorbitant amount of money for the SuperFeet, so I thought I would give these a try. They were definitely cushy, and comfortable, with lots of support. However, when paired with my arch-support sneakers (Saucony right now) they offer TOO much support and become uncomfortable. In cheap (no arch support) shoes they fit great, but just not in my high quality sneakers. So if you have cheap shoes I would recommend these highly, but if you have high-quality shoes these probably will be too much.

Great Orthotics that helped eliminate knee pain
I can't be more thankful that I found these orthotics online 5 years when I was suffering from "Patellafemoral Pain Syndrome" in my knees. These orthotics have definitely helped ease that pain up (along with some gym exercises). For years now I have been using them for playing tennis and all sort of physical activity. If I were offered custom made orthotics, I would turn them down for the Footminders. Playing tennis requires a good combination of foot stability, comfort and shock absorption. These orthotics provide help in all these departments. My only gripe is that they changed the design lately and they now provide a blue rubber pad under the forefoot. This pad tears away from the insole with aggressive footwork and I had to glue it back in. 5 star for the functionality/utility but maybe 3 or 4 star due to the forefoot pad issue.

they are ok for short periods but not for all day on my feet. I found that they were quite hard and started to hurt my feet after a couple hours.
