The BEST book for young Judokas!
As a father coach, I've perused through dozens of Judo books to find the one that made the most sense to a young Judoka under 10 years old. Wow, this book is it! Very simple to read and understand. My son and I read it together and he gets it very easily.

Simple and easy to understand, but many later techniques have only one drawing
I like the simplistic approach to every technique as it highlights all the essential components in a step by step guide. However, many techniques later on start to have a single out of context drawing with barely any description as to what is going on in the throw.Useful as a reference for named techniques more than anything.
