This is a very nicely made light fixture. It did take some time to install and assemble, but it looks very nice once done. Install of the base was not too bad. You have to install without any crystals so it's light enough. It's much easier with two people to install though. You do have to use a level to make sure it's straight. You can use a 2 or a 4 foot level to make sure it's straight and adjust the cords if necessary. Once it's base is installed correctly, installing the crystals will take as much the or more. You don't have to worry about the length of them though. Just getting then on one by one, all 140 of them! The material on the ones you have to twist on is a bit light, so be careful. They do supply with a couple extra, just in case.

The media could not be loaded. This chandelier looks great and serves as the perfect addition for my dining room. I did hire an electrician to hang the light and this is certainly a two person project for hanging and leveling. However, adding the crystals can be accomplished by one person with a bit of patience. Once the chandelier was installed, hanging the crystals was relatively simple. I love how the light cascades through without being too bright. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great looking, well built fixture. Takes some time to assemble it (individual hanging crystal pieces need to be attached to the fixture). Its a good deal though and unlike alot of other new LED fixtures, this one has replacable bulbs.

The chandelier light looks great overall once it’s assembled, price is very reasonable too. The process to assemble is a little difficult, it’s better for 2 ppl to assemble which would be a lot faster, took like more than 1 hour for me and my husband to do it. The only complain I have is the cable, they should have designed the cable in the center of the panel so it doesn’t look so weird, we had to put it together with one of the hanging string, otherwise it doesn’t look good. The cable design definitely needs to be improved

Installation was very difficult. Hanging the crystals were time consuming. It’s very beautiful, I gave it 3 stars because mine came dented and scratched. The top cover was also broken

This chandelier is phenomenal. I asked an electrician to install the base because it is very heavy, but I installed the crystals. Two of the border (tube) crystals arrived broken, thank goodness there were extras. The crystal pendants took me two hours to hang. There are 76 border tubes and 104 pendants. They are fragile so I suggest to be extra careful with hanging them. I highly recommend this chandelier. One reviewer said it is plastic, that’s not true. Mine are definitely made of glass.

Worst product ever. The wires of the chandelier is loose and not holding the chandelier. Its not getting locked and the chandelier is falling down.

Best value for your money. Easy to set it up just take your time with the installation. Make sure you use the gloves provided in package when handling the fixtures as the edges are extremely sharp. Looks great after fully assembled
