I love it!
I recently tried Lakanto Sugar-Free Chocolate and I'm really impressed! As someone who tries to minimize my sugar intake, it's great to find a high-quality chocolate that doesn't rely on artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols. Instead, Lakanto uses monk fruit extract to provide a sweet taste without raising blood sugar levels. I appreciate that the chocolate is also keto-friendly and gluten-free.In terms of taste and texture, Lakanto's chocolate is deliciously smooth and rich, with a satisfying cocoa flavor. It's also easy to melt or chop for baking or snacking. I've enjoyed it on its own, as well as in recipes like brownies and chocolate mousse, and it always delivers the right amount of sweetness and chocolatey goodness.Overall, I would highly recommend Lakanto Sugar-Free Chocolate to anyone looking for a healthier, yet indulgent option. It's a bit pricier than some other chocolates, but I think it's worth the splurge once in a while. I will definitely be buying this again and exploring more of Lakanto's products!

WARNING! Lakanto RUINED Their Once Pure Product!
I am shocked, DEEPLY disappointed and DISTURBED! This once pure, delicious product has changed their recipe and introduced a chemical - which I tasted instantly and then discovered in reading their more complex list of ingredients! There is now even a WARNING LABEL on the product stating it is "KNOWN to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm"!!!! So upsetting!!!!!

Clumpy mess due to product separation
While the Lakanto Chocolate Sunflower Spread arrived securely sealed and intact, I was disappointed that the chocolate spread had separated inside the jar. HUGE clumps of the spread had separated from the "liquid" portion of the spread. Not sure if it was due to the extreme heat, or that the jar was on its side during shipping. Who knows. Had to try and stir the product inside the jar, which made a huge mess and was nearly impossible. Additionally, I'm not a fan of "dark" chocolate - and this one is extremely "dark". Certainly not my favorite purchase, but am giving it four stars because I will eventually use it sparingly in recipes. Oh - and the texture is pretty rough - probably due to the separation issue previously mentioned. Good size jar; very strong chocolate taste; happy that the product is sugar-free. Thank you.

Decent but taste is not amazing.
I stupidly though It was going to taste something close to Nutella and I was quite disappointed.I guess I expected a lot more of Lakanto, I do really like their Keto Maple Syrup though. The thing is that this keto spread is sunflower seeds based and I would say that it takes a little bit of time to get used to.Keto wise it’s pretty clean and legit. I just want to say that the taste is not going to be for everybody.

Great sugar-free chocolate treat!
This stuff really hits the spot if you are doing the low-carb/keto lifestyle. Nothing ever tastes quite like the other "tella" but this is a delight. I love the other Lakanto products, and this works great for me. If you're familiar with Erythritol, it does have that subtle flavor, but it's not overwhelming. The overall taste and texture remind me of a smooth, rich, chocolate cake batter. The kind you keep sneaking spoonfuls of. :D

Chocolate oil soup. pLt's lumpy.
Megghh. Oily. A bath of chocolate powder mixed through grainy brown oil swimming around lumps.I'm not opposed to lumpy food - oatmeal, pea potage, congee - they all have their place. In a nut or seed butter you want smooth and creamy. Mixed into chocolate, even more so. You want smooth, rich and, well, nutty. You want that satisfying mouthfeel. This product is a base of mystery brown lumps buried in a soup of brown oil.The oil is gritty and acidic, its not pleasant. If you put the jar in a cool cupboard, everything solidifies to a dull surface of swirled oil patterns. Dig into that, like digging into a 2000 year old peat bog, you find darker, stickier lumps beneath the oil of the same colour, some of which you can spear with a fork, others which yield like melted butter. This product needs to get its **** together. Its very disappointing. They need to figure out how to smooth and combine it.Imagine brownie batter that didnt make it to the oven, that's this product. Then imagine a small child made it with his friends and didnt know how to stir out the lumps. Now you've REALLY got this product. Lumpass amateur brownie batter.Plus, its grainy as hell. And ever so slightly acidic because of the oil leading to unbearable heartburn. You can stir this up as many times as you want, it still separates in the worst way.It is impossible to spread. I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift.Nutella is crying.
