Q: Do they sell replacement blades?

I'm not sure, I dont use the one i got because its to hard to adjust the level, so i never needed new blades

Q: Are these cake leveler slicer easy for use?

Easy for me. I did find that you cant just slide the blade across the cake as they are quite thin. You have to use a slight sawing motion. But all in all, worked quite well

Q: Will this work on an Angel Food Cake?

Thank you for your question. This cake saw is design for cut cake evenly, and smothly. Good choice for Angel cake and Chiffon Cake.
