Right out of the box doesn't work
I got this today, put brand new batteries in it and it does not work. No noise or motion. I'm returning this for a replacement. I will give it one more chance. Received my replacement today. This one works. Stop shipping these in envelopes, they tend to get damaged while shipping. Please use boxes

It is noisy
I like the fact that it stops after a short time, although Sammi knows if she shakes it it will go again. It is however hard to put the batteries in she gets impatient while I'm fixing it! Lol

Didn't last more than 5 minutes
Ordered 2 of these for my dogs. There was a 3 day shipping delay.Finally got them, put batteries in and started them up. The dogs went nuts! Absolutely loved them. 5 minutes later they no longer work. very disappointed.

Excellent interactive toy, poor quality
My dog absolutely loved this toy! The only problem is the quality is VERY poor! He prefers playing with the ball itself and loves the noise and movement of it, but the plastic gears inside it break very easily. We have gone through about six of these balls. If they would be able to create this same toy with a hard rubber coating and strengthen the internal gears/mechanisms, we would definitely give five stars!
