Good for plastic, but definitely not as good as a metal one
I bought this with another metal cable management bar because I wasn't sure which would be the most appropriate for my application and in the end neither work perfectly for me. That being said, I had both mounted with cables ran and first positively, this one is good for its length and depth, no problems there. It fit my rack fine and I thought for plastic it was durable for a fairly light use project. But I admit the pass-through holes are smaller, and there are only 2, this did end up being a factor in its eventual non-selection. As someone said, it gets pretty tight with about two dozen cat6 cables, and without a hole in the center, causes the channel to fill up pretty quickly.

Decent quality, especially for the price
Works well enough. Surprisingly good for plastic, actually. The pass-through holes could maybe stand to be a little bigger (or have an additional one in the middle), but for a reasonably-loaded 1U cable management solution; they’re definitely big enough to pass everything through. I was quite pleased with this for the price for a home setup. In a data center, I’d probably go for metal, but I also would have a bigger budget than I do for home.

Keeps cables where they belong
Needed this to keep the cables in my wall mounted network rack a little cleaner, especially for the runs outside the rack for router/modem/NAS units. If I expand my network to include some lab gear will 2 getting a second on for sure.

Will definitely buy these again.
The wide finger gaps allow for many CAT6 cables to lay neat and tidy. The more expensive cable management trays tend to have narrow finger gaps where you end up jamming fewer cables in. Very professional finish at a cheaper price. Will definitely use these again.

Good for home and small-office use.
This cable management unit is made from thick, durable plastic. It's fine for light to moderate duty, such as home use or a small office. Compared to similar products sold for real data centers, this unit is on the flimsy side, lacking a metal backplate. The cover's attachment mechanism works, but is not as good as more expensive commercial-grade models. If you're planning to jam this full of cables, it might not be the best choice. If you're trying to neaten up wires to a single switch in an environment that doesn't change often, it should do the trick.

Does what it says
The majority of this is made well; my only complaint would be how the cap sits... it’s super easy to pop off, to the point where I’ve accidentally had it come loose on me

Great value for the money!
Great value for the money! It installed easily and the construction is solid. I was concerned that the face plate would be hard to snap off or back on, but it has just the right amount of resistance. Only think that would make this product better is if it were a bit deeper. However, similar products that do extend back onto the rack are significantly more money. I can't complain about this purchase at all.

Soft Plastic - may break during installation
It works but the soft plastic casing takes time to adjust too. I have used heavier metal casings at work, but for home use this should be of a heavier plastic or combination. Used for cable management in the rear of my rack to elevate the cables so as to take off the stress from the AV receiver running to the amplifier. Hopefully I do not have to move it on my rack placement. Have an assortment of rack screws so that was not a real issue to find a size that worked.

Cheap plastic and small holes
These units are not all all what I expected. They are made from cheap and seemingly very brittle plastic, and there are only two very small holes to pull cables through. If you need to manage more than a small handful of cables then these units are probably not what you want. I did not install these in my rack as I couldn't pull enough cable through and I suspect that they will not last at all. They feel like they are made of very brittle plastic and one wrong move and they will snap off. I've never seen units like this made of such cheap plastic :( Any others I've had in the past were made of metal. Buyer beware!

Amazing cable management box.
Exactly what I was looking for. I love being able to cable manage my cables in my network closet without seeing a bunch of zip ties and velcro straps. Easily fits in a network rack. The hardware is plastic but its pretty strong. I was able to place all my cables inside of this device with ease. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a bit of cable management in their home/office network closet.

Close, but no banana...
The product is nicely made, but.... I know that the description says that it has a plastic cover, but I had expected the frame to be metal - unfortunately the whole unit is made of plastic, not just the panel. I wouldn't mind so much, but the unit also has the problem that it is not a standard width, and the mounting holes do not line up with the rack bolt holes - it is close but not close enough that it can be mounted in the rack. It is pretty close to the right width, perhaps only a millimeter or two, but that was enough that it did not fit. It is possible that the plastic shrunk a bit when it cooled after injection. Before you say it is the rack that is too wide, I also have two shelves, one drawer, one keyboard tray and two computers mounted in the rack and they all fit perfectly. It wasn't a complete loss since I was able to elongate the holes a bit with a Dremel tool (the product is plastic and it was fairly easy to modify). Now it works OK, but if you don't want to be modifying things then be aware that the product may not be what you want.

Its plastic, and I'm ok with that
Simple, cheap, and reasonably effective cable management. No issues but if you're trying to stuff cables for a 48 port switch, well, its going to be a bit hard to keep the snap on cover from popping off. But otherwise it does what its supposed to. The plastic is reasonably resilient to bending things here and there to get the cables in place.
