Q: Has anyone used this on a Southwest flight? Did it fit in the pocket? And stay put?

Depends on how much you stash in it. I'm in the middle of a trip now using two of these: 1 for an adult, 1 for child. My child's bag is heavier than mine. It was tough finding a way to keep it in the mesh pocket. drooped and sagged. Also, was unable to tuck the whole thing into the pocket. Mine did a little better, but still found myself wishing that the flap was a bit longer to potentially make it a bit sturdier in the pocket.

Q: Will a Microsoft Surface Pro fit in this?

The biggest compartment is about 10x11…my IPad with a keyboard fits well.

Q: how heavy is it what does it weight?

I don't know the actual weight, but it's nice and light! I love mine and have used it on every flight since I purchased it. It's worth the purchase and nice and sturdy. I use it for my iPad and all the stuff I need at hand during a flight, like tissues, antibacterial wipes, small bottle of Purell, magazines, pens, etc. It fits nicely in the seat pocket in front of you - anywhere on the plane.
