I've learned a few things from buying rocks online. First of all, you almost never get what is listed in terms of size/shape/texture. Read the reviews and you'll get a good idea of how inaccurate most rock listings are.Second: No matter how much the weight, you're going to get about 1/4 of the rocks you visualize in your mind. These for example come in a box that is about the size of a large book. Mentally, you're likely picturing the delivery guy hauling up a giant bag of rocks to your front door. It's not like that. But it is what it is...rule of thumb if you're trying to fill a specific area in your yard or indoors: Take what you think you will need and multiply that by 5 or 6.So keep that in mind when ordering decorative rocks...having said all of that, these are exactly as described. They are polished, they don't have that creepy powder all over them where sellers dust regular rocks and sell them as 'white' where it washes off. These are white rocks, they're shiny, consistent with the size listed and weight.So at least you're getting what you pay for here and you know what you're getting. Just buy a few more than you think you'll need and you'll be good to go with these.

Right size for putting around artificial tree in pot and shiney!

After reading other reviews, I was a bit concerned with the size and color of these stones, but when they arrived those concerns proved to be groundless. These stones are perfect for what I ordered them for...covering up the soil in the pots of my indoor plants. They are smooth, shiny and white...not photocopy paper white but white enough for what I need. And while the quantity needed for adequate coverage of the soil in the planter pots is less than I expected, the cost is still relatively high. Because of the relatively high cost, I'm deducting 1 star...in all other aspects the product is 5 stars.

I was on the hunt for larger aquarium rocks to replace the substrate in my 55-gallon tank. This was by far the best value for the amount. It was super easy to clean & the rocks are very smooth. Our fish like to eat the current small substrate so we needed larger rocks to replace them. We currently have the new rocks in media bags while we wait for the bacteria to grow back. I will probably need another 18lb box to fully fill the bottom of the tank, but that the preference to how high I want it to go.Really like these and can't wait to fully replace the substrate.

I need these stones to cover a small area in my front lawn. They are really pretty white and shiny stones however they are very costly if you need a good amount of area coverage. I am on my second order and I still need to buy more stones to cover more of my lawn.Aside from the price the stones are very nice quality.

I’m so happy that I purchased these. I wanted larger stones for my bettas tanks. I got more than enough stones to fill three five gallon tanks. They didn’t make the water cloudy either and are beautiful in my tank. I think the white contrasts my plants well.
