Works great
Was easy to replace. I was replacing an existing jack and feel confident because it is a little heavier duty than what was on previously! Works great!

No hardware or dust caps, really!?!
Happijac makes good products, but honestly, sending jacks with no hardware or dust caps just makes you look pathetic. Now I have a bunch of styrofoam balls from the packing stuck in the gears and lubrication. You are making enough money off the jacks to support your product. Just pathetic.

No top caps
We bought FOUR of these jacks. They did not come with top caps. What good are they without the caps? A few years ago, we bought one that DID come with the top cap, so we fully expected these to include the caps as well, but surprise; we now have to purchase the caps separately and pay another $100 for them when we've just spent $1800+ on the jacks. Would have been very helpful to know ahead of time that this was the case. Quite disappointed in this purchase.
