Genuine GM 20915990 Fuel Tank Filler Cap

Was getting a small evap leak in my vehicle. Went to the store and bought an OTC non-OEM gas cap and the code came back within a few days. Ordered this cap as soon as the check engine light came back on and had it at the house within a week. Unfortunately the code came back again despite the OEM gas cap but it still fits like a charm and would recommend this product over anything bought at an auto parts store. Ended up having to replace the purge valve and vent valve canister and...no check engine light.

What can I say? It works as advertised. Before buying this item, I had a light on the dashboard, and an “evaporative” code. Now I do not.

Purchased what I believed to a GM brand gas cap but received an aftermarket AC Delco gas cap marketup at $5 more than other AC Delco gas caps. Watch out for miss leading used car sales tactics from autopartsgm.
