Every time I get a cold, it descends deep into my chest where it stays for weeks. Not anymore. At the first sign of a cold, I take one of these in the morning and another at night. It provides strength to my lungs and I rarely get anything deep in my chest. My cold recovery time is so much quicker!I must add that this product rarely does me any good after the congestion is in my chest. It is great for preventative measures primarily.

10/13/15 -- Once again I've noticed a definite effect from this lung supplement. Usually I only take it when my lungs feel a bit "off." Recently I felt as if I were getting pneumonia, so I took two tablets in the morning and one before bed. Next day my lungs felt back to normal. I'm continuing this dosage because on the third night I didn't even need my asthma nebulizer. Also I've increased the time between nebulizer doses during the day. 1/1/12 -- I have used Planetary brand mullein lung complex since 2008 for asthma, in addition to my nebulizer medication. I take it when I feel any kind of discomfort in my lungs and they feel better right away. Something is working!

It makes it easier to clear the lungs after an Illness.

I ordered these based on the product image alone but didn't read the description. Please note these are not 1,000 mg. They are 850mg. Still a great product.

Am prone to pneumonia and colds generally move strait to my chest. Start taking it at first sign of a cold. So far no more pneumonia.
