Taste to me like wine, I hate wine some May like the taste i don’t.They are small gummies, so easy enough to have.Can’t say if they’ve worked for me or not yet as I haven’t been taking them long enough to see any effect of them, I’m not sure if I will continue to take them as I’ve not felt so good after the one I took this morning.
