Amazingly smooth ride zero play
There ares so many sleeve bearings out there for the garage torsion area, straight out of the box and they're already starting to play. That's when you shake and everything inside rattles. Not good. These don't have that problem. I just replaced a poorly made set, see 1st photo. It's pretty easy - just use a vice press and some home made holes, you can make them out of 2x4 or pvc pipes. Do NOT hit with a hammer! You'll need to press them in and out. End result is so much stronger, EXTREME smooth ride, and these look like they will last the life of my monster springs. Unlike traditional bearing with 1/8" extended flare these don't have that but no worry. This is actually a good problem to have, see 2nd photo. I ended up utilizing 2 bearings! YES, 2 bearing vs 1, this set comes with 4 so you are covered! Make sure you add a little motor oil to get them on, they're a little tight. It definitely won't work if you are not planning on changing our the torsion bar. I can only recommend doing this if you are changing out to a brand new torsion bar. You'll need to add grade 8 washers in between when you pull it up to your header. Make sure there is zero gap, head over the hardware store pickup some extra nuts, washers, and 0.5" longer bolts than then one you are using. Make sure they are grade 8! It's pretty inexpensive so don't cheap out.
