These are nice absorbent, multi- functional, decently priced sponges that can be used for a number of activities. There are 5 flat, colorful pieces in each package. Once submerged in water, they inflate to a decent thick size which could be just a tad bit larger. Nevertheless, they definitely serve the purpose. I would definitely purchase again.

Too small and thin

Watching these compressed sponges swell to a usable size is nothing short of amazing. Reconstituted, they are slightly thicker than others I have kept in my kitchen for quick counter cleanups, making them easier to fit in my hand and just as absorbent. Can’t wait to buy them again for gifts.

These are funny but amazing. Come as completely flat rectangles, about the thickness of computer paper. Wet them and they pop up and become functional sponges. Just what I was looking for.

I was actually after a much thicker sponge for a craft project, so ended up using these in my kitchen and they are great and thicker than i thought

These are exactly what I have been looking for! I have searched many stores, but could only find sponges with scrubbies attached -- impossible to find just simple sponges. These are perfect! Very cool that they start off as thin as playing cards, and grow into the perfect small sponges while held under water. I will be ordering more for sure!
