I purchased this to use on my upper eyelids after eyelid surgery. I've been using it for about a week and a half and I think it is helping with the redness and scaring. It's lightweight and easy to put on. I hope to continue to see results over the next few weeks.

This product is amazing. I would recommend this product to anyone that want to treat new or old scars.

The funny thing about using this gel is that ypu;ll never really know if it works. Did my scar heal well because I used it? Not sure. But my surgeon says it works, so I've been using it religiously for a surgery scar. 18 months later, part of my scar healed really well and another part did not. Doc says to keep this stuff on it, so I do and trust the process. :)

Very good feeling on my skin, only complaint is the cost is expensive.

i hate to say i am not very happy with this product at all. i had very high hopes when i purchased it because it was recommended to me by the clinic where i go to for tattoo removal. i have a variety scars from old to new , but one that i've been working on with scar gels since it happened. it's from my shoulder to wrist from surgery and i had been using mederma PM. the clinician told me this would work better so i got it. so disappointing!! not only is the tube VERY small but a little does NOT go a long way if you have a big scar. it's easy to apply, goes on smooth and doesn't leave a residue so that's a plus but the scar i'm working on has some redness, some areas that are wider etc. each tub of mederma has resulted in visible improvement in this scar. this tube did NOTHING! granted the scar is 5 years old but not without active attention to it. i also used it on a scar on my leg from last summer that i've also been using mederma pm on. no change. i used the whole tube loyally for how long it lasted (barely a month) and i am so unimpressed. if i could, i would return it and get my money back but you cant return an empty bottle! i'll never buy this again! what a waste!

Works as described. I can see my scar regrowing cells.
