I’ve been looking for ankle weights I could use as wrist weights and these are great. They are not terribly bulky and comfortable to wear for prolonged walks. The Velcro is super strong, I have never had then slip off. Easy to put on and easy to take off but not too easy that they will just come undone.

These ankle weights are easy to put on and remove. They fit comfortably and the weight is distributed quite evenly. They seem to be quite effective, even starting with the lower weights. They are really easy to spot clean with a damp rag. I would purchase them again in the future - Five stars from me :) They are also a good value and made from a comfortable, sturdy material.

Nice quality. They fit well and I am pleased with the product.

So far they are working well and holding up - I've only used them a few times with a small amount of weight. Easy to change the weight and appears to be well made. The materials have a bit of an odor, but they are stored in a closet, so it's not a problem. They fit on my very small ankles, with lots of room to be bigger, if necessary.

I had a bad herniated disc last year and was able to work my way out of it by major physical therapy, steroid and injections. My PT had me really focusing on core position and strengthening. It started me down a path of good strong work outs focused on this aspect. I have been wearing these ankle weights for about 9 months ( starting with light weight) almost everyday gym, running errands, around the house, work, etc.. When I walk with them, it allows me to slow down and focus on tight core and my entire body position.These are by far my favorite weights. I have bought in 2bl, 3bl and recently 5lb each.No long velcro strap to meticulously string through a small D-ring.Easy to find end, to grip, open and remove.They are comfortable and do not scratch or blister.Not huge and bulky.*The extra resistance to my workout has greatly improve my gym results on building core, leg and glute muscles. I have stomach muscles I never knew existed. I can't workout with out it now, feels too easy- plus I feel like a bad *ss. :-)SOO happy to have found these!

I was using these today and I thought "I have to leave a review!" I ordered them November 2023 and it's now almost May 2024 and they are still going strong. I was getting super frustrated because every time I would buy ankle weights, they would last like 2 months tops before one or both started leaking sand. It would make a big mess and I would have to buy new ones. I wasn't even doing anything crazy to damage them!That's why I'm grateful for these. Good price and they're the first pair I've had that lasted this long. The velcro is still as strong as ever too. Even the Gaim or whatever the more expensive ones I tried basically disintegrated by this point. Awesome product 👌

Dr said more weight bearing exercise needed (I'm senior woman). Wear these all the time, not so heavy they make my back hurt. Easy and comfortable to wear. No buckles, just the velcro.

I had to return this item. The fit wasn’t right for me. The weight was to heavy for my legs.
