Fromm Four-Star Chicken a La Veg Dog Food, 5 lb

This is one of only a couple of dog foods that my VERY picky mini-poodle will actually eat. I got her at age 10, when her tastes were already set and she had been fed from her previous owner's plate her entire life. I originally tried to make her food, but even boiled chicken and rice turned out to be too rich for her and she broke out in boils. Her vet convinced me that a well-balanced dry dog food was MUCH preferable, actually, because this breed tends towards diabetes and that would be healthier for her. But Sweetie wanted NOTHING to do with it! I easily spent a couple of hundred dollars over the next several months before I found this and one other Fromm chicken mix (the one with cheese and berries in it) that she will eat. I feel very comfortable that this is a high-integrity family producer who uses only quality foods in their mix. If it works for Sweetie, it works for me!

My dog likes this food. I have a Maltese and she’s been eating it ever since I transitioned her to it after I purchased her. She’s now 2 and super healthy. She enjoys eating it. She doesn’t get super excited though, kind of ignores it if I put it in front of her. Maybe she’s just picky, I don’t know but she eats it after a while lol. She likes it but not in love w it (though I don’t want to blame that on the brand because she’s like this w most dog food). The ingredients are very good though. Would recommend.

Ive gone through a couple different brands and my picky chihauhau refuses to eat any of them unless she's basically starving. Ill usually have to prepare some boiled chicken to make sure she's eating well. With this food, she finally regularly eats throughout the day. Ill leave her bowl full in the morning since she self moderates well. She'll come for food in the morning, afternoon, and sometimes late at night. Its usually empty by the end of the day. Great product, will definitely be trying other variants.

Our dog is a relatively picky dog. Once we started on Fromm a couple of years ago, everything changed. She looked forward to eating and we have give each meal in four different servings or she will gobble it down so fast. We own pet stores and manufacture pet treats and this is recommended by our formulator, as he says it is a high quality food. That is why we started on it in the first place.

My dog likes this food and I blend it with the Wellness brand for small breeds and I think this gives my dog an ultimate food.

Wonderful and healthy dog food, dog went crazy the minute I opened the bag. I’m very pleased and dogs are happy. I have one 10 years and one 10 weeks and they were both in love with this food, and the 10 yr old is picky!

I like everything about Fromm Kibble. I have tried many flavors and the one she seems to like the best, with lamb and beaf close behind. You can't go wrong buying this for your dog and my vet recommended it as well.

I have 2 pups who get tired of their food quickly. However they will consistently eat this chicken ala veg. Fast delivery, secure packaging. Nutritional ingredients and pups love the taste.
