My new favorite travel book!
I have been trying to buy children's books for my sons from the cities we visit as we travel Europe. I bought this book after we went to Venice. I love this book, and my toddler asks me to read it all the time! I only wish I would have gotten it before we went to help get him excited! Love the illustrations and the amount of landmarks, food, and culture that is covered in a fun way.

Bella and Harry Let's Visit Venice
My grandsons love this book. They learned a bit about Venice, were excited to see it is shaped like a boot and that folks eat spaghetti and meatballs, and had fun working on and saying the Italian phrases.

Let's Visit Venice!
MY grandsons loved the picture of spaghetti and meatballs, the country shaped like a boot, and the canals. They also pointed out that it was Bella who got into trouble in Venice just like she did in Barcelona.

A delightful travel adventure!
Bella & Harry, Let's Visit London!, and Bella & Harry, Let's Visit Venice!, the latest in the series of Bella & Harry adventures, are both equally as educational and entertaining as Lisa Manzione's first book in the Bella & Harry series, Let's Visit Paris, the 2011 Literary Classics Gold Medal recipient of Best First Picture Book award. In both new books, Bella & Harry, chihuahua siblings with the great fortune of traveling around the world with their family, encounter many famous landmarks and culinary delights of the regions in which they are traveling. Bella, being the older of the two chihuahuas, continues to offer countless fascinating factoids about the sights and history of the area which they are visiting. As always, Kristine Lucco brings Ms. Manziones's stories to life with exceptional illustrations which are both entertaining and captivating. It is with eager anticipation that we await the next book in the Bella & Harry series. We wholeheartedly recommend this series for little ones on your shopping list.Manzione's Bella & Harry books are absolutely delightful in every way, and we are pleased to add her most recent titles, Bella & Harry, Let's Visit London! and Bella & Harry, Let's Visit Venice! to our list of accomplished titles in children's literature which have earned the Literary Classics Seal of Approval.

Each One Gets Better
I bought and read the first of the Bella and Harry series not knowing what to expect and was delighted with these two adorable chihuahua siblings' adventures in Paris. Of course I got the second one, "The Adventures of Bella and Harry: Let's Visit Venice", and was anything but disappointed! My children were in awe of the canals, gondolas and exciting activities Bella and Harry went through. The illustrations helped to make this enchanting place real to them and inspired them to visit Venice themselves some day.My younger daughter was particularly happy when, after Bella warned Harry not to lean over the water because he might fall in and BELLA was the one to fall in. Of course she survived with only a good soaking and a little damage to her pride. What a wonderful learning tool this series is and how it has made my children want to learn about other places they might be able to visit in the future!I have to admit, I find the books captivating and enjoy reading them with my children! I look forward to the next addition to the series.
