I am in love with this sorghum. I had no idea how tastey it was until I tried this. Dr. Gregor says it’s his fav so I wanted to give it a try and it is perfect for salads. Great flavor with the slightest hint of sweetness, and I mean really slight. I love the texture, as long as you cook it long enough. This stuff takes like 40 mins to cook so I only cook it when I remember to start early.
