Excellent looper, very easy to use.
I've used looping pedals for some time, but always found some features missing, or loops were hard to sync on the beat. Then I saw the Circle Looper with a built in drum machine that syncs to your loops, I'll give that a try I thought! Ordered and arrived very quickly, it was nicely packaged, with a small but simple manual. After a quick (30 second) read of the manual, I plugged in my guitar and started looping. The circle looper is really simple to use, if you want your loops in time with one of the many decent drum patterns press the merge button, choose a drum pattern with the drum knob, then choose a memory location with the memory knob, press rec foot switch to start recording, press stop foot switch to stop recording. Its that easy! You can control the volume of loops and drums, there's a fade option, and the drums have a bpm/tempo option. There's also a neat display in the center that shows you the time of your loop and a progress bar that runs around the outside. It doesn't come with a power adapter, so you'll need a standard 9v type to run it, but considering what features are included with the circle looper its very good value for money.

Donner Distortion Pedal Extreme Driver Analog Effect Pedal
Donner Distortion Pedal Extreme Driver Analog Effect PedalA good pedal to this reviewer’s ears, very reasonably priced. It’s supposedly suspiciously similar to the Boss DS-1; I couldn’t really say. It may be a bit “fizzy” for some, but I like that. I use it mainly for punk rock; I’m not so much of a heavy metal person. It avoids the infamous volume drop of the DS-1; if anything, when the volume is at full, there’s a volume increase. Also, the tone knob appears to be active, as opposed to just rolling off the high-end when turned anti-clockwise. A trio of good variations in tone via the selector switch, all of which I like. I use it through a totally clean sounding combo, no boosting an already overdriven amp, no stacking/cascading multiple overdrive/distortion pedals, or that sort of thing. Humbuckers & single coils are both used; it’s all good to me. There’s a lot to like here; as always, it’s all in the ears of the beholder.

AMAZING!!! Lost a star because of the software issues
Amazing looper pedal!!! A great value!!! It's got looper and drum machine (100 different drum beats) and most importantly IT'S SUPER EASY TO USE!!!! So lovely and enjoyable experience to record with it. Before this pedal I bought the Lekato with drum machine (the blue one) and it's a nightmare to understand what to do!!!On top of being very user friendly, it doesn't cost much and there are drums included. The only fault is that when I plugged the USB into the computer there is no software recognized, and the files cannot be accessed from the computer. I had to use my DAW and audio interface to record the memorized tracks while playing them back.It seems like the software to access the memorized tracks needs to be downloaded from the Donner web site, but there are no instructions about this, and so I don't trust to download software from the Donner web site, as it could be harmful software. I was expecting to find clear information about this. That's my only disappointment. Also, it seems like what is shown as software on the Donner web site is actually Firmware.I hope Donner will make this aspect clear in the future. Probably the instructions should include and unique code for accessing and using the Software/Firmware? Similarly to equipment like Focusrite and others.

A Quality Pedal That Is Great Fun
Firstly, a word of warning. I watched YouTube videos of the pedal while I was waiting for delivery day, and they all said the right footswitch was for undo/redo and the merger CTRL button was to delete the whole loop. Not quite so: while the loop is playing, pressing the right footswitch for 2 seconds will undo the last recorded overdub, same again will redo it. But if you press the right footswitch for 2 seconds while playback is stopped, it will clear the whole memory slot. So bare that it mind, if you want to just undo the last dub make sure the unit is in playback mode. When playback is stopped and you are in memory mode, the LED for the right footswitch flashes, so consider it a warning.I've had lots of fun with this Looper. I initially had a 30 second looper on a Zoom pedal which whetted my appetite and this unit is brilliant. I have enjoyed making jamming songs of a few minutes in length. Sound quality is perfect and the drum patterns are very good with a nice sound to them.I connect my pedal to a guitar amp and just use the left input and output, so everything is in mono, but it sounds great. It's giving me the urge to buy a digital recorder, as I don't have a PC anymore. And this pedal would be ideal to compose and demo songs. So it's a lovely pedal, sturdy and robust, simple to use and gives very satisfying results. If you want a looper pedal with a quality build and decent length loops, this is the droid you are looking for.
