Great fins for swim training
These fins are awesome for building leg strength and improving kick technique. Comfortable fit, and they don’t slip off. My swimmer loves them

almost perfect fins
These are nice fins, but they are causing my daughter to have blisters. she was previously using tyr silicone, but these rubber ones fit a little tighter and around the outside of the ankle, the top cause blistering. was able to fix the blister issue by wearing fin socks.

best fins for exercise swimming, improves swim mechanics
In my opinion these are the best fins for exercise swimming. I open water swim every day and these allow me to balance the effort of my arms and the effort from my legs. Without fins ( as a male) I would get very little leg workout. A small pool fin gives you a little extra leg work but not enough. These are just right. The other problem with most swimmers is their legs tend to sink, forming your body into a comma. If you don't have good strong kick your legs won't rise to the surface. If you use fins, you kick force improves and aligns your body with the direction of swimming, improving your stroke. High quality, durable, holds up to daily use, Recommended.

Good fin/sizing sucks
I have a size US mens 12 foot and cannot find a pair of TYR blades to fit me. Their XL (11-13) has a footprint only 10 inches long and obviously too small. My entire big toe sticks out and rubs against the side. Their XXL (13-15) is too big by an inch and foot falls out of the blade but still somewhat accurate sizing. I didn't think this was rocket science for manufacturers in Taiwan who produced millions of shoes a year. I'm very disappointed that I can't find a fit for my size 12 foot.

I read other reviews and thought, no way could they screw that up, but YES they sent 1 fin. Waiting on a replacement. The singular fin looks good quality so if there were 2 I would rate them well. They do seem more narrow than the originals but I don’t mind that.

Excellent quality, seems very durable. Provides very good training you can really feel your legs working. If you are looking for something to build strength and stamina, this is a very good option
