I can definitely tell the difference. I’m currently on my second bottle and this will be in my rotation forever of how it controls my appetite, my energy, my skin (THE GLOW, CHEF’s KISS). I grew up on natural supplements over meds and sea moss is very known within my family! This stuff is GOLD. I feel good inside and out plus I eat correctly as well. So please give it try! It works, give your body time! I will be trying all flavors but so far the Pineapple is my fav, then the mango pineapple! I will be trying the elderberry next!

I tried and wanted to find a better brand, the brand I bought didn't do what this one did and it cost more. Best thing about the other brand was less sugar. so I will continue using this one. it did many things, not just one. I felt great when I started and still do, amazing stuff. wondering if I could buy it raw, if it would be more potent. but if not done right, would taste too fishy.

This literally just arrived and I decided to tase it. I was mind blown. Of all the flavored sea mosses that I’ve tasted this is definitely the best.

The gel taste pretty good. I mixed mine with applesauce and ate it that way. The texture is different from the one by True moss. This one is a thicker texture as opposed to true moss is looser like an applesauce or baby food. Both are good but different taste. I like the true moss better because of the texture so I'll stick to that one. This one is not bad and I did finish the bottle in 6 days from eating 2 TBS a day. So if your investing in this, it's better to get the subscription instead of just purchasing one. The one on the left that is the darker color is true moss and the one on the right is EverSmith. Although I bought both mango pineapple, true moss has more of a light pair taste as opposed to evergreen taste is a little more fruity. I do like the fruity taste better though.

It's mostly a product of convenience given the price. It doesn't impart much flavour even with the fruit. I prepared my own Irish sea moss gel using dried Irish sea moss. To prep, soak for 36 hours, wash thoroughly with water, and blend the hydrated seamoss with fresh clean water in a high powered blender like a Vitamix. I made five to six (5-6) 16oz jars for under $30 as I couldn't afford to continue buying pre made jars. Homemade Irish seamoss gel has a thicker consistency.
