Perfectly good!
The product came in almost perfect condition. A tiny little scratch on the screen but you have to pay attention to notice it. The buttons worked perfectly, the Nintendo turns on as expected and we are using it with no problems. Definitely worth it the purchase. Thank you so much!

At first was a bit upset because I only received one switch when I had purchased 2 but they quickly responded back to my issue . They sent an over night replacement switch. So the way they fixed the issue fast and took care of me is why I would put it back to a 5/5. My 2 boys love there console and it works perfectly

I was looking for a portable lightweight console thats durable and i found this refurbished nintendo switch lite and It was very high quality clean, cheap and a beautiful blue color when it arrived , alot more cheaper than the ones sold by nintendo, I have no complaints for this product, and im sure ill buy from them again :p

Glitches within hours of play
Purchased on September 15th for christmas. When I received the product it turned on and linked to our online account fine. Turned it off and wrapped it for christmas. Return window closes December 15th. Open on christmas....plays for about an hour and stops working. Take it to a licensed fixer and it is diagnosed as having a burnt motherboard. So basically, over $150 spent on a product that cannot be returned, cannot be used by my kid, and cannot be fixed. This is not okay and I hope that this helps anyone else not buy a product from this seller.

Shipped fast & and in perfect condition!
Arrived in perfect condition! Not a scratch, buff, or mark on it. Wrapped in bubble wrap and came with a charging cord. The charger did not work but they are cheap everywhere, highly recommend!
