The bottle was fully filled! It has got the thick gel kinda consistency.. little difficult to work with ..,the package should be improved..the pump dispenser cannot be closed as in Himalaya facewash! cleanses the skin really well..initially I was really confused about the after results..and now after completing one bottle of it ..I'm here with this review..,It has actually turned counterproductive!! Worst of its kind!! I've combination and acne prone skin..I tried it on sensitive skin as well... didn't work...caused more breakouts!!
