I have owned the small carry on size in silver for 4 years. It is extremely well made and meets the size requirements for nearly all international airline's carry on restrictions. In addition. It is super light, weighing only 3.75 lbs. I've used it on week long vacations, and never felt that it was too small. Having 3.6 liters in volume, it carries quite a bit. The built in luggage tag feature is a nice design.

It is very light weight, that’s really good specially for moms who have to prep lot for kids. I like the dividers inside. I have many right weight Samsonite but this is the only suitcase vinyl coating was ripped off after one air flight. Assuming this unique wavy shape is too wavy so it scratch everything. Handle isn’t good shape to hold, could be wobble when you hold it strait up or don’t bend forward enough which mean it is not easy to hold if you have small kids.

The good: very light weight The bad: when the suitcase is not full, the weight of other suitcases make the hinges to pop and break. It arrives dented . Sometimes the lock pops open too.. the plastic that protects the zipper gets damaged after few uses. The interior also breaks and separates from its attachment to the suitcase. The handle has only one bar supporting it that makes difficult to maneouvre when loaded full. It is great dissappointment for a quite expensive suitcase.

We recently purchased two of 28" Lite-Shock spinners and are extremely disappointed. The advertisement shows a truck running over the luggage. After one use, both suitcases looked like they were 10 years old and the handle on one broke. The wheel design makes them very difficult to maneuver in an airport and the zippers are very difficult. After six months of use, we are looking at having to purchase new luggage. We are seasoned travelers and have never been this disappointed in a luggage product. It is light but it does not work!

Rubber bending is torn in 1st voyage itself. The wheels are not performing well when weight is not more then 23kg.
