Battery
It was easy to figure out. I put the cables on the right areas. But I also looked at the old battery to make sure everything was connected the same before I put it in my razor scooter. And it worked it came charged although they don't say anything about that I don't think. I'm gonna have to go back in and look at the description to see if it says anything about it comes charged, But also how long you should charge it .

So far So good.
Fit perfect. Unlike a different one I purchased this one had all the right plugins for it. Tip, to make these batteries last longer make sure they are not plugged in 24/7. As soon as its charged unplug it. Only charge when you need to and unplug after words. Leaving them on the charger all the time kills this battery.

tool me like an hour to switch them
Doesn't fit Razor MX350 as the plastic end doesn't match the terminal inside bike's battery compartment. I bought this specifically for this bike after I entered mx350 in the search field so either Amazon needs to remove this as one of the return queries or Razor needs to explicitly mention in their description that this is not compatible with their mx350 bike.Ended up salvaging the connector from the old batteries that were in their and replace the tip myself. Total pain in the ass...tool me like an hour to switch them.Other than that the charge holds and so far it is working as a typical lead acid battery.I would have given it a 4 star review but I was pretty pissed that the description never mentioned incompatibility with Razor mx350 even though it comes up as a search result so I have it a 2

Doesn't match razor connections
The connections don't match & I paid $30 extra dollars for the battery with connections. No refund so I'm out $60
