I love this thing! I've cooked just about everything in it except rice.

I purchased this rice cooker on Amazon to replace my old Cuckoo, which served me well for seven years. Unfortunately, this one has been a disappointment. After about a year and a half, the steam release mechanism stopped working properly. Although the rice still cooks (with steam escaping little by little during the process), the quality has steadily declined. The rice now turns out harder and less flavorful, which is incredibly frustrating.Considering the high price of this product, I expected much better performance and durability. I’ve followed all the cleaning and maintenance instructions carefully, but nothing has resolved the issue. The steam release still won’t function correctly, and the rice continues to come out hard and unappetizing.I’m very disappointed with this purchase and wouldn’t recommend it.

It is larger than I thought; better than being small. It has been cooking food for me just as I need it.

I've been using a regular rice cooker but this rice cooker with pressure is the GEM. I make new batch of rice every day so that I can enjoy my meals.

Makes good rice and other food and it sings and has cool sounds so overall a ton of fun

Very disappointed, product arrived missing steam plate, called the headquarter they told me they weren't responsible for it . After first time use ,the inner pot nonstick coating was all scratched up by the plastic spatula provide and I only used it to make some rice.

not satisfy steam cooking doesnt well ㅠㅠ
