I ordered two sets of the rattan garden furniture in grey. They arrived early before the date given. It was all well wrapped, but despite the wrapping the two glass table tops were broken, one completely the other a corner chipped . On contacting the seller they were replaced within two days, which I considered excellent service. My husband found them easy to put together and we are very pleased with them. They are comfortable and the cushions, though not that thick, are fine. They are quite light which is what we wanted, as we sometimes have to chase the sun in the garden, so we can literally pick them up and move them, unlike some heavier and more expensive garden furniture sets. At first I thought I might have to buy some rubber stops to put on the legs, as they sank into the grass, but as the garden has dried out I won't need to now. They will be fine on decking or a hard surface.

Assembly is a bit challenging but once I put it together its a very nice, relatively light weight set. Very good value.

Exactly has stated very happy with price too

When assembled looks great but took 2 hours as the washers provided prevented putting this together as sides would not aline or tighten to secure the table and chairs together. Was very frustrating as had to resolve
