ended up not needing. but customer service was great, fast to respond, had no issues. the manual itself was in great condition being a used one I chose.

Has helped me install brakes, take apart door, install new stereo and rear camera, oil and light bulb changes. It’s nice to be able to take apart car without breaking clips, snaps, trim pieces etc. due to instructions in book.

Its a good book for the price, it could be better if it had more information but its OK, not like the Professional manuals (I know because I’m a ASE certified Technician and I worked for 17 years at dealerships: Toyota , GMC, Nissan,Jeep -Chrysler-Dodge.And I know the difference between the Pro’s manuals and the aftermarket ones, by the way - even the Professional manuals have it Wong sometimes (very rarely but they do) sometimes I had to call “Technical Support “ to find out the manuals sometimes have it wrong even the Professional ones.

Used this book to fix a steering problem.

There are points in here that are vague/too complex for even a home DIY mechanic to perform, but overall this is a solid buy for keeping the Corolla online. For common stuff I used this book, and Paul's Travel Pictures online (google it, its got the best corolla repair guides for beginners)

Too many models covered. This makes it hard to do work, and makes me wonder what instructions are wrong. Wrong torque specs on some of the torques, such as transmission pan drain plug torque on '11 corolla 1.8, drain pan bolt torque. I'm sure I will run into more. On the plus side, it is inexpensive, and reads a lot better / a lot more DIY friendly than the Toyota repair manual.

Unless you are rebuilding an engine, this manual is totally worthless. I wanted assistance on changing heater hoses, locations, methods, etc. and there is nothing like that in this so called "manual". It's is hard to read and impossible for a non-mechanic to understand. I plan to return it.

the material was helpful for gaining knowledge how to take care of my car, it arrived on time , and has very good idea how to do all the maintenance in my cai plus the book was sealed which means it was new .
