Great toys if you are wanting to keep your hands occupied while watch tv etc.

Started bouldering/climbing and wanted to improve grip strength. The two best items in this set are the adjustable grip trainer and the training ring. The grip trainer is good due to the adjustable nature and the ring although one ‘setting’ has dimples which help improve callouses. After that I would say the stretch resist band (which I am very bad at) followed by the egg (because its squishy and fun to squish) and finally the finger trainer.I say the finger trainer is last just because the springs are very stiff, I don’t know if its due to me being weak or the springs just need to be worked a bit.After a few weeks of owning this the resistance band picks up dust a lot (I dropped it on the floor my bad) and the training ring; I don’t know if I’m getting stronger or the ring is getting weaker from continuous use but it definitely feels easier to squeeze – again I might just be too good for it now :DEdit: we've got enough finger strength to use the individual finger trainer, and the mechanism to keep the buttons in place has snapped so now one of the buttons falls out if not held upright.

Nothing too special but good for the money nice selection of stuff, I feel there’s better made pieces out there but for the low price it’s good :)

I bought the set to strengthen my fingers after arthritis had taken its toll but found them difficult to use. Hopefully they will get easier to use as my fingers get stronger but l had to use a stress ball to start them off.

It's fine for strengthening my hand after I broke my wrist

Very poor quality. I had to throw it away.

These work very well and were a good purchase.
